The Ontario Wet Basement Solutions Inc. system installed at:
Shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service and that no water shall pass from any wall where the system has been installed, through the system and collect on the basement floor; said warranty shall be in effect for the life of structure from the date of installation, and is transferable to future home owners. The Ontario Wet Basement system shall not rust or corrode. The work area shall be sanitized and remain free of moulds for the life of the structure.
System installed or work performed:
The warranty herein shall not apply to condensation or to any system which has been repaired by a party other than the contractor or has been altered in any way or which has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident. Contractor liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement within the aforesaid lie and any defective work or material and contractor shall be liable for the other damages or losses. If regular yearly maintenance is performed and documented with Ontario Wet Basement, contractor of course can only be responsible for the area of basement specifically treated by the work performed.
